#5. The Dallas Mavs are going to take a while to find an offensive identity. Most of the offense was pass around the perimeter, find Dirk with 8 seconds left on the shot clock, and then watch him pull something out of his ass.
#4. The Houston Rockets are overrated and I expect them to collapse soon. I have a sick feeling about this and will be looking to fade the Rockets as DD favs alot this year!
#3. Mo Williams is going to be one of the best things that the Cavs could have done to their team. He is a scorer, a point guard, and a decent defender. He is going to allow Lebron to get out in the open court more since he won’t have to wait for the outlet pass and is going to be a regular in the “Did He Just Dunk On …..” (you fill in the blank with anyone you can think of).
#2. I don’t know what it is exactly but the Suns look so uncomfortable offensively under Terry Porter’s offense so far. I mean Nash looks out of wack and Stoudemire is a half court midget. 24 turnovers is WAY too much for a team that has played together for a number of years now playing against a non-defensive minded New Orleans team. I do like Terry Porter as a coach but think that this team is NOT a half court team.
#1. Larry Brown is going to suck the life out of the Charlotte Bobcats basketball team. Having a team that is made for the open court and running 5,000 half court sets is going to put this team at around 12 wins on the year. They are a team without a center, without someone that can get their shot going one-on-one, and Larry Brown, as he normally does, will pout and whine to the media about his teams committment when they start 0-10 this year.
That’s my take!

I told you that I LOVED LOVED LOVED this NFL card and I delivered with an amazing 8-2 record. The 5* MONSTERS went 3-1! Recapping the games.
5* Buffalo -1. (W) Buffalo off a bye playing the San Diego Chargers who manhandled the mighty Patroits the week before! Talk about a gift here. Buffalo dominated this game to bring home the easy winner!
5* Tenn -9 (W) The hardest hitting, most physical defense in the NFL playing against a team without their #1 running back and playing musical chairs with the quarterback position. This one was NEVER in doubt from the opening kick.
5* Green Bay -1 (W) I only had to laugh when I saw this line. Indy just CRUSHED the Ravens at home the week before and the Packers somewhat struggled with the Seahawks on the road. This was the SUCKER LINE OF THE WEEK! If you bet on Indy consider yourself Vegas’s wet dream! When I saw piece of shit scamdicappers like Stu Feiner and Brandon Lang on the Colts I was so happy! These losers can’t pick games with tomorrow’s newspaper in hand. Vegas was BEGGING you to take the Colts laying ONLY 1 POINT to the lowly Packers! Vegas might be building another casino based on this game itself. How do you like betting games that you have NO CHANCE OF COVERING! Green Bay DOMINATED right from the opening drive!
5* Dallas/Stl UNDER 44.5 (L) I knew that Brad Johnson would be rustier than Stu Feiner’s fake gold necklaces but I didn’t think that Dallas’s defense would be sleep walking on the field. Steven Jackson rushed through the Cowboys the same way Feiner rips through an all you can eat buffet!
4* Indy/GB OVER 47 (W) I didn’t think that Peyton Manning would be shut down this bad but got the over anyway. Lucky better than good on this one.
4* NO/Carolina UNDER 44.5 (W) NEVER in doubt here. Carolina controlled this game early and often.
4* NYG/SF UNDER 46.5 (W) The hook is our best friend! Even though some of you got 47.
3* Wash/Clev UND 42 (W) NEVER IN DOUBT!
3* Jets/Oak UND 41 (W) NEVER IN DOUBT!!
3* Washington -7 (L) The Skins did exactly what I thought they would do after a disappointing loss to the Rams last week but couldn’t get the rock in to the end zone! Derek Anderson was 5-22 throwing the ball before he put together a rally in the 4th quarter. Clinton Portis did just about everything you wanted except get into the endzone. Losing this game was second to anyone who bet on Houston -9! That was a SICK backdoor cover!
All in all this equals an 8-2 +24.2* pick up. This weekend my 5* plays and up went 5-3 +10.5* which included my largest released game of the year in Georgia Tech bringing home my 7* 21-17!
